Michael has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting with a focus on the maritime business. Prior to joining Austen, he held various managerial positions with multinational enterprises in Singapore, and now leads our accounting and reporting function, ensuring robust financial governance and operational excellence. His role involves close coordination with the executive team to drive tactical decision-making and business growth, as well as overseeing the offshore payroll function with an emphasis on managing risks associated with cross-border payments and varying tax laws.
