CREW HANDLING
We manage the full scope of crew logistics, including sign-on and sign-off procedures, visa arrangements, and medical checkups. Our team also coordinates travel bookings, accommodation, and airport meet-and-greet services, ensuring crew members are supported from arrival to departure.
PORT LOGISTICS & PROCUREMENT
Our operations team handles customs clearance for ship spares, including tax exemption processes, and oversees supply boat coordination and delivery arrangements. We also assist with local procurement needs, ensuring timely access to essential goods and services.
MARINE BOOKED SERVICES
We arrange class surveys and P&I insurance services, and provide technical support for deck navigation and engine repairs. Our marine consultancy services cover a wide range of operational needs, including de-slopping, waste oil removal, fresh water supply, and garbage disposal—both within and beyond port limits.
BILLING & DOCUMENTATION
To ensure transparency and control, we provide a detailed Agency Service Report outlining all services rendered. This is accompanied by a comprehensive Estimated Port Disbursement Account (EPDA), acknowledged by both the vessel’s Master and Superintendent.
