ABOUT US

AT THE HEART OF MARITIME PROJECTS ACROSS ASIA PACIFIC

Established in 1986, Austen Maritime Services is a trusted subsidiary of the Northern Marine Group, itself part of the global shipping conglomerate, Stena AB.

We deliver integrated Workforce Solutions and Ship Agency services across Singapore, China, South Korea, and Indonesia—supporting ship owners, operators, and project teams throughout every stage of the vessel lifecycle.

Our people bring decades of experience in shipping, maritime, and energy sectors. Whether representing clients at port, coordinating crew logistics, or managing international workforce mobility, we operate with precision, care, and a deep understanding of regional requirements.

At Austen, quality service, safety, and care for personnel are more than values—they’re our way of working.
